Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted, and customers are responsible for postage costs unless otherwise required by law.


Warranty and Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to products covered under a 12-month warranty. If a product is found to be defective, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Repair of the defective item

  • Replacement with the same or a similar product, subject to availability

  • Store credit or a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

How to Lodge a Claim

To initiate a claim under our Returns & Refunds Policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email customerservice@abmglobal.co to report the issue.

  2. Submit Required Information
    Provide:

    • A description of the defect

    • Photographic evidence (where applicable)

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

    • Any additional relevant details

  3. Follow Return Instructions
    Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with detailed return instructions.


Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy includes the following conditions:

  • Damaged on Delivery
    Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt and supported by photographic evidence.

  • Original Condition
    Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with intact packaging unless the defect prevents this.

  • No Change of Mind
    Returns for change of mind are not accepted, even if the product matches its description but is no longer desired.

  • Postage Costs
    Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to returns unless otherwise required by law.

  • Hygiene Exclusions
    Items such as bedding, pillows, towels, and personal care products cannot be returned once used, except as required by law, due to hygiene considerations.


Additional Terms and Exclusions

This Returns & Refunds Policy operates in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The 12-month warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

  • Issues resulting from external factors such as power surges, pests, or natural disasters

  • Loss of software or data on returned electronic items


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been verified and processed.

Please note that postage costs are not reimbursed unless required by law.
