We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene requirements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bedding, pillows, or mattress toppers. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it promptly under Australian Consumer Law.
